She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlin Mack and Martha Louise Hamby; her sisters, Valerie and Cathy; her nephew Kurtis Lefler; her stepson Michael Shotts, Jr.; and also Michael Shotts.
She is survived by: her sister Janrose Hill; and her nephew Jeremy Allen (family: Rick Wahl).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery (8135 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
