He is survived by: his father Jimmy Howard; his girlfriend Ashley Thompson; his son Jimmy Howard III; his stepchildren, Phoenix and Memphis Campbell; his aunt Barbara White; and his nieces, Heather Sparks and Sue Ann Falconberry (Friends).
