He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmo Haley and Kathleen Haley (McNees); and his brother Elmo Thomas Haley. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Ann Haley (Fritts); his sons, James Matthew Haley (Maureen Guintu) and Nathan Edward Allen Haley (Erin); his grandchild Jameson; his siblings-in-law, Benny Miller and Linda Miller; and his siblings, Kennie Haley (Kathy), Dennis Haley, Douglas Haley (Tuya), Wally Haley (Rebecca) and Kathy Spaulding (Dwight).
