It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Smith of Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Deckard and Opel Johnson Deckard; her husband Jimmy Smith Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Vernon, Billy, David Deckard, Doris Burke and Norma Lee.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Jr., Tommy and Timmy Smith (Stacey); her sisters, Louise Brann and Ruth Whalen; and her grandchildren, Jayden, Gaige and Piper Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
