He is survived by: his parents, Donald McIntosh and Joyce Jenkins Hardin; his wife Karen Hofstetter McIntosh; his daughters, Kellsy McIntosh and Randi Lynne Hyatt; his stepsons, Cori Boggs, Tyler Boggs and Devon Boggs; his siblings, Don McIntosh and Angie Deubel (Mark); and his grandchildren, Raynlie McIntosh, Waylon Hyatt, Kenslee Nagel, Khloe Boggs, Sophia Boggs, Madison Boggs, Isabella Boggs and Jameson Boggs.
