He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Moore and Allene Moore; and his siblings, Joseph Moore, Mary Flynn and Margaret Boyer.
He is survived by: his wife Caron Moore; his goddaughter Moriah Wells; and his siblings, Michael Moore, Delores Collins and Carol Shirley.
