She was predeceased by: her parents, Hume Carter Adams and Verna Jewel Adams (Marshall); her brother James Leon Adams (Lonnie); and her grandparents, Leonadis, Loretta Botkin Adams, James and Hazel Marshall.
She is survived by: her husband Jim "Bouncer" Tomlin; her sons, Chris Tomlin (Jill) and Carter Tomlin (Donna); her grandchildren, Shelby Willis (Brad), Harley and Hayden Tomlin; her great grandchildren, Clyde and Dugan Willis; and her sisters, Karen Crozier (Harry) and Tammy (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to River Valley Nursing Home, 305 Taylor Street, Butler, KY 41006.
