She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Barnett and Ileen Nelums Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Tony Noel; her children, Christi Robinson of Cadiz and Ryan Noel of Murray, KY; her granddaughter Janessa Noel; her sister Connie; and her brother-in-law Dr. Stan Rogers of Cadiz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
