She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel E. Noel and Susie Noel (Osburn); her husbands, John H. "Happy" Allen and Don Wagner; her stepdaughter Joy Champion (Lindsey); her granddaughter Emily Champion; and her siblings, Hodge Noel, H. E. "Buddy" Noel, Jr., Martha Hazel Noel and Mary Noel Cross.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Williams (Renee) of Cadiz, Danita Sumner (Chris) of Cadiz and John Allen (Angela) of Spring Hill, Tenn.; her stepdaughter Judy Williams (Gary) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Chris Williams, Jamie Stewart (Jonathan), Jodi Mendez (Jason), Landon Sumner, Sam Whetstone, Will Whetstone and Teresa Jones; her great grandchildren, Emma, Caleb, Shepherd, Kunal, Payal Mendez, Logan, London Stewart, C. J. Oliver, Ryder Williams, Brent and Alyssa Jones; her sister Virginia "Pud" Brooks (James) of Cadiz; and her brother-in-law Frank Cross of Cadiz.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211).
