He is survived by: his wife Sandra Collins of Cadiz; his children, Kim Gentry (Kevin) of Hanson, Christopher Collins of Franklin, Darin Collins (Kimberly) of Rolla and Jeff Collins (Lauren) of Peachtree City, Georgia; his grandchildren, Justin Gentry (Conner), Courtney Miller (Austen), Ethan Collins (Aarika), Fletcher Collins (Alorah), Naomi Collins, Breindel Collins, Cohen Collins, Madison Collins and Mabry Collins; his great grandchildren, Lorelei Miller, Selah Collins, Archer Collins and Anderson Collins; his sister Mary Ann Sims (Gilbert); and his sister-in-law Joan Collins of Owensboro.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (1698 Canton Rd, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
