He is survived by: his wife Cheryl White Hall; his brothers, Steve (Shannon Hall) of Pinetop, AZ, Tom (Katie Stluka) of Beecher, IL and Mike (Nancy Stluka) of New Lenox, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Scott, Carrie White of Beecher, IL, Barbara, Randy Teske of Lexington, TN, Melinda, Tom Armijo of Ramsey, MN, Andrea and Alan Kampe of Lowell, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
