He is survived by: his wife Linda Tinsley (Jones); his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Jerry O'Bryan of Fairview, KY; his son Jeff Tinsley of Hopkinsville; and his grandchildren, Sarah Ballard (Matthew), Hannah Webb (Sammy), Jeffrey Tinsley, Jr. (Morgan) and Emileigh Tinsley. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
