She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Owens and Thelma Elizabeth Owens (Ruggles); her husband Duane Lewis Grogg; her sons, Kenneth Allen Grogg and Steven Duane Grogg; and her brothers, Ward, Jim, Fred and Dick Owens.
She is survived by: her daughter Joanne Cote of Cadiz; and her siblings, Lee Owens of Gainesville, FL, Angie Eason of Lexington, GA and Lois Gerald of Clermont, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous great and great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
