He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Anthony and Edna McKenzie; and his brother Robert Joseph McKenzie. He is survived by : his wife Karen Glader McKenzie of Cadiz; his daughters, Kelly Shelton (Doyle) of Hopkinsville and Deborah Winbigler of Louisville; his grandchildren, McKenzie Winbigler, Mary Kate Winbigler, John Winbigler, Melissa Shelton, Amy Shelton and Matthew Shelton; and his nephews, Paul McKenzie and Jim McKenzie.
