She was predeceased by : her mother Elizabeth Ann Spangler; and her siblings, Phyllis Ann Riggs and Donald Leon Spangler. She is survived by : her daughters, Pam Congdon of Trigg County, KY and Wendi Congdon of Trigg County, KY; and her brothers, Walter Emery Spangler of Owensboro, KY and Earl Wayne Spangler of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
