He was predeceased by: his wife Retha Ozetta Stokes Todd; his stepdaughter Joy Bitner; and his sister Jociene Rice. He is survived by: his son Patrick H; his stepson Steven K. Hallman, Sr. (Mary Ann) of Owensboro, KY; his daughter Lea K; and his parents, James E. Todd and Willie S. Todd. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
