He was predeceased by: his parents, John Amos Goodwin and Vera Lee Owen Goodwin; his children, Bonnie Goodwin and Kendal "Kenny" Goodwin; and his siblings, Robert "Jack", Walter "Watt", Roy, Raymond "Preacher" Goodwin, Louise Rogers and Sue Holloway.
He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Goodwin of Cadiz; his son Jon Goodwin (Tammy) of Cadiz; his grandsons, Kevin (Kelsey), Dustin (Jamee), David, Darrin (Carli) and Dawson Goodwin; his great grandchild Karsen Henson; and his sister Irene Holloway of Hopkinsville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211).
