He is survived by: his wife Tina Gentry Frederick of Cadiz; his daughters, Sarah Wilson of Evansville, IN, Jennifer Wilson of Newburgh, IN and Stacey Eggleston of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Jamie Kassinger, Brianna Cunningham, Morgan Kassinger, Caleb Kassinger, Macy Gregory, Jaxson Alstatt, Avery Boylls and Ethan Boylls; and his great grandchildren, Brylin Kassinger and Emberlyn Cunningham.
