He is survived by: his children, Troy Richards of Hillsboro and Crystal Richards Rust (James "Bo") of Seaman; his stepsons, Jason Moore of Cadiz, KY and Wesley Moore of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Alisha Noel (Bethany) of Leesburg, Dustin Quinonez (Haleyanna) of Leesburg, Taylor Frost (Jacob) of Winchester, Jacey Moore of Leesburg, Tara Moore of Illinois, Peyton Moore of Kentucky, Ava Moore of Greenfield and Hudson Moore of Greenfield; his siblings, Joyce Miller of Leesburg, Donald Richards of Greenfield and Ron Richards of Latham; and his sister-in-law Debbie Richards of Cynthiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
