He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Powell and Mamie Campbell (Webb); and his brothers, Leroy Powell and Wendell Powell. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Carol Powell (Smith) of Cadiz; his daughters, Milisa Lilly (Ralph) of Benton and Rebecca Crisp of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Chris Lilly (Haley), Micah Lilly (Haley), Nick Fowle (Alyssa), Brittany Dean (Josh) and Daisy Crisp; his great grandchildren, Matthew Powell and Lilli Powell; and his brother Wayne Powell (Nancy) of Clarkson.
