He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Puma Williams; and his brothers, Robert Williams and Tommy Williams. He is survived by: his children, Aloha Hightower of Hopkinsville, KY and Robert Puma; his siblings, Otha Williams (Marybeth), Richard Williams of Cadiz, KY, Jessie Williams of Bumpus Mills, TN and Emma Wyatt (Mary Spann) of Cadiz, KY; his granddaughter Jacqueline Wyatt of Hopkinsville, KY; and his parents, Boyce Williams and Imogene Stewart Williams. He is also survived by THREE GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
