Nella Sholar Wilson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nella Sholar Wilson of Cadiz, Kentucky, who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Sholar and Bertha Meredith Sholar; her husband Homer Wilson; and her brother Clayton Sholar. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Bridges (John) of Cadiz, Roy Wilson (Jean) of Cadiz and Lynn Wilson (Jodi) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Natalie Dixon (Vince), Mandy Henderson (Brad), Michelle Calhoun (Brandon), Chase Wilson, Jonathan Wilson (Amaryllis) and Lanny Holeman (Sandra); her great grandchildren, Tristan Dixon (Jessica), Keaton Dixon (Jamie), Raiden, Storm Henderson, Brody Calhoun, Elida, Ardun and Iden Wilson; her great great grandchildren, Ryman Dixon and Dax Lange; her niece Deena Oliver (Brian); and her sister-in-law Mary Outland Sholar of Cadiz. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
