She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Goins and Dorothy Durall Goins; her husband Bill Crain; and her daughter Regina Prusak. She is survived by: her grandson David Prusak (Tori) of Mesa; and her caregiver Jennifer Strauch (Rick) of Cadiz. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
