She is survived by: her husband George Etheridge of Cadiz, KY; her children, Shane Edwards (Stacey) of Gracey, KY, Tina Andrews of Chattanooga, TN and Shanon Porter of Cadiz, KY; her great grandchild Peggy Ann Etheridge; and her parents, Olburn Henry Jones and Elois Garrison Jones Pirtle. She is also survived by SIX GRANDCHILDREN.
