He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Peter Noel and Catherine "Kate" Mueller Noel; his sister Kate Steininger; and his former wife Elizabeth Mullen Noel. He is survived by: his wife Claudette S. Noel of Cadiz, KY; his daughters, Mary Noel Wooten of Greenville, SC, Anne Noel Ricksecker (Tom) of Alamogordo, NM, Susan Noel Holland of Hopkinsville, KY and Laura Noel (Cindy) of Franklin, TN; his brother Mike P. Noel (Gloria) of O'Fallon, MO; and his grandchildren, Jennifer and Jackson M.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the King's Funeral Home (161 Lone Oak Dr, Cadiz, KY 42211, USA). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the King's Funeral Home, Inc. (161 Lone Oak Dr, Cadiz, KY 42211, USA).
