With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Sikes (Cadiz, Kentucky), who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Phil departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phil may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phil leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phillip Sikes, Sr. and Margie Johnson Sikes. He is survived by: his wife Faye Sikes of Murray, KY; his sons, Austin Sikes (Kellie) of Marquez, TX, Shea Sikes of Houston, TX and Benjamin Goldberg of Murray; his siblings, Blake Sikes (Nikki) of Smithfield, VA and Cyndee Sikes Flanagan (Herb) of College Station, TX; and his mother-in-law Ethel "Mamie" Woodard of Cadiz.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 4:55 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211).
