He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morneau and Barbara Morneau; and his children, Raymond Paul Morneau, Jr. and Roselda Vlahos. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Morneau of Cadiz; his son Benjamin Morneau (Dawn); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Morneau; and his sister JoAnn Howell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
