He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kermit Allen and Anna Hiltebeitel Nester. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Barbara Calhoun (Mark) and Robert Allen; his grandchildren, William Calhoun, Clarice Calhoun, Morgan Perample (Tyler) and Ryan Allen; his sister Barbara Hensley; and his stepsister Kathy Mullen (John). He is also survived by two great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
