Cunningham of Hopkinsville; his wife Janet Lynn Cunningham; his daughters, Karen Lyn Cunningham of Cadiz, KY and Carla Wright (Bryan) of Oak Grove, KY; his brothers, Randy Cunningham (Milagros) of Hopkinsville and Carroll Cunningham (Sharon) of Hopkinsville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Cunningham, Gabriel Cunningham, Rebekah Cunningham and Olivia Wright.
