He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Acree, Jr. and Emma Alexander Acree; his siblings, Barbara Grubbs, James Acree, Dennis Acree and Tommy Lee Irvin; his uncles, Archie Alexander, John Alexander, Dennis Alexander Ahmad and Billy Alexander; his aunt Martha Alexander; and his cousin Sonya Alexander (Sissy).

He is survived by: his children, Aaron Acree (Angela) of Cadiz, KY, Ryan Acree (Heather) of Cadiz, KY, Alexis Casarez and Addison Acree of Cadiz, KY; his fiancée Ladonna Watkins of Cadiz, KY; his children, Delbert White (DJ) and A'Jarrious Bell of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, Lawrence Acree (Debbie) of Cadiz, KY, Victor Acree (Belinda) of Cadiz, KY and Sonja Ladd of Cadiz, KY; his aunts and uncles, Imogene Tyler (Dennie) of Cadiz, KY, Mildred Mayes of Cadiz, KY, Rheda Alexander of Cadiz, KY, Doris Outing of Cadiz, KY, Joyce Graham (Calvin) of Clarksville, TN, George Alexander of Cadiz, KY, Charles Alexander (Tina) of Cadiz, KY, Dorothy McGowan of Hopkinsville, KY, Irene Maxie of Hopkinsville, KY and Robert Earl Acree (Alivia) of Evansville, IN; and his cousin Aliviah Acree of Cadiz, KY.
