He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Jennings and Mary Grace Jennings (Ollis); his daughters, Leona Jennings and Vanessa Jennings; his grandchildren, James Grubb and Aarron Jennings; his siblings, Hobert Donald Jennings, Margaret Welch and Thelma Jennings; and his stepson Kip Meece.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kay Jennings of Cadiz; his children, Darrin Jennings of Knoxville, TN, Amanda Jennings of Knoxville, TN and Felicia Pallasch (Daniel) of Blanchard, OK; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Tarver (Heith) of Cadiz; and his siblings, Hubert Jennings (Anita), Dewey Lee Jennings (Carol), Linda Jennings of Knoxville and Brenda Rogers of Knoxville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
