She is survived by: her husband Howard Cook of Cadiz, KY; her children, Dr. Eric Cook (Marie Nicols-Cook) of Cadiz, KY, Adrian Cook (Dawn) of Cadiz, KY, Gina Cook of Cadiz, KY and Michelle Cook of Cadiz, KY; her siblings, Dr. Delbert Penrod (Barbara) of Rochester, IL. and Jama LeGrand of Gallatin, TN; and her parents, James Wesley Penrod and Mildred Helen Stearns Penrod.
