He is survived by: his children, Gregory "Blane" Haslett (Christine) of Cadiz, KY, Dana L. Haslett (Sharon) of Beechmont, KY, Shane Haslett (Renee) of Greenville, KY, Rick Tapley of Plantersville, MS and Michael Tapley (Angie) of Senatobia, MS; his siblings, Donald Haslett (Kathy) of Vernon, CO, Joseph Haslett (Jamie) of Springfield, MO and Twila Presnell (Paul) of Nokomis, IL; and his grandchildren, Tara, Sharis, Dane, Caleb, Leah, Trent, Connor and Savannah. He is also survived by his 11 great grandchildren.
