He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Cecil and Mary Madeline Anderson Morris; his wife Linda Joyce Morris; his children, Byron Keith Morris, Bruce Wayne Morris and Barbi Morris-Irby; his brothers, David Morris and Jerry Morris; and his son-in-law Dean Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Smith of Owensboro and Clara Johnson (Wayne) of Bremen; his son-in-law Mark Irby of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Matthew Morris (Erin), Shep Irby, Taylor Morris, Jessica Benningfield (Greg), Gabby Smith and Bella Irby; his great grandchild Autumn Benningfield; and his sister Betty Cox (Frankie) of Calhoun.
