He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Edwin and Thelma Rhea Hayden Collings; and his siblings, Joe Collings, Mary Collings and Jeannie Hope.
He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Sallee; his children, Colten Collings (Sarah Angelle) of Bowling Green and Amber Collings of Calhoun; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Green of Livermore and Kendra Mitchell (Willie) of Calhoun; and his sisters, Belinda Thomson of Owensboro, Carol Hulette of Beaver Dam, Cathy Stewart of Utica, Jane Gotowicki of Owensboro, Lori English of Owensboro, Ellen Cole of Louisville and Amy Collings of Owensboro. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren.
