He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hobson and Settie Ozetta Ratliff Clark; his wife Oleda Mae Griffith Clark; his daughters, Judy Burden and Danita Evitts; his grandson Roger Dale Benningfield, Jr.; and his son-in-law Herbie Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Dewey H. Clark, III of Livia, Tony Schwartz (Sondra) of Livermore, Doris Alexander (Donnie) of Clarksville, IN, Sheila Clark of Livia, Paula Swihart (Glenn) of Calhoun, Cathy Jarvis (Chris) of Livermore, Roger Burden of Livia, Jay Velotta (Lynn) of Owensboro, Patty Cary of Indiana and Theresa Goldsberry (John) of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
