He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gish and Locia Kittinger Green; his wife Wanda Jones; his son Bobby Green; and his siblings, Charles Green and Sue Brumley.
He is survived by: his sons, Lance Green (Stacy) of Calhoun and Tim Green of Owensboro; his granddaughter Katie Green (Davin Lawrence) of Austin Texas; and his siblings, Jim Green of Ashland, Missouri and Nancy Jones of Port Charlotte, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
