He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Pauline Miller Woosley; his son Danny Woosley; and his brother Buddy Woosley. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Woosley; his children, Tommy Woosley (Deana) of Calhoun and Amy Woosley (Joseph Piacentini) of Vienna, Virginia; his grandchildren, Ryan Woosley (Elizabeth), Garret Hall (Ashleigh Hankins), Jack Hall (Melissa Becker), Morgan Woosley (Lamar McGuire), Spencer Woosley (Olivia Harned), Jade Woosley, Alexis Woosley, Brittany Sutherlin (Eric), Tyler Gardner and Anna Piacentini (Andrew Beer); and his great grandchildren, Zayan McGuire, Rollins Woosley, Freya Hall, Zalaya McGuire, Areia Hall, Kaileah Hall, Zuri McGuire, Benny Woosley, Maverick Sutherlin, Mason Sutherlin, Oaklyn Beer, Zaire McGuire and Jayden McGuire.
