She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lester and Dorothy Jewell Ogle Tapp; and her sister Freda Sweeney. She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her children, Georgina Smith Drake of Calhoun, Charles "Chuck" Smith of Huntsville, AL and Jeremy Smith of Calhoun; and her siblings, Paul Tapp of Owensboro, Tim Tapp (Carol) of Murray, Lisa Wilkins (Jerry) of Owensboro and Shirley Vaught (Vince) of Centertown. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild.
