She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Hayes and Zada Millard Hayes; and her husband Tilden Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Roger Humphrey (Kathy) of Rumsey, Ange Relyea (George) of Henderson and Kathy Ellsworth (David) of Rumsey; her grandchildren, Travis Humphrey, Jonathan Humphrey (Karla), Clayton Brown (Carolyn), Laura Kathryn Hunt (Nathan), Andrea Melton (Mickey) and Sam Ellsworth (Jodie); and her brother Hugh Hayes (Shirley) of Louisville. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calhoun Baptist Church (315 Main St, Calhoun, KY 42327). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
