She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Eisenback. She is survived by : her granddaughter Brooke Nicole Eisenback; and her children, Roger (Lynn), Michael (Heather), Margaret (Donnie), Carolette, Richard, Jr. (Becki), Ester and Lyshawnda. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
