He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mullins; his sons, Daniel (Erin), Benjamin (Randi), Matthew (Shelley) and Andrew (Beth); and his siblings, Judy Adams, Doris Bennett, Donna Sidebottom, Ronda Gilbert, Patricia Gideon, Brenda Butler, Marvin Mullins and Manuel Mullins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
