He is survived by: his close friend Billie Elsie of Sturgis, KY; and his sons, Tim Elsey (Leigh) of Sturgis, KY, Darrin Elsey (Jane) of Riverside, CA, Jeff Elsey of Lake Havasu, AZ and Neice (Sabrina Weaver). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
