She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Beavers (Bud) and Norma J. Beavers (Jane). She is survived by: her brothers, Ted, Eddie and Tim; her aunt Pat Moore; her cousin Bunco Buddies; her close friend Connie Hudson; and her cousin Joyce Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, Debbie asked that donations be made to Gilda's Club of Kentucky and Veterans.
