She was predeceased by : her husband George W. Brewer; her parents, John Earl and Nancy Bell Collins; her brother James Earl Collins; and her granddaughter Angela Dawn Sydnor.

She is survived by : her children, John Brewer and Brenda Sydnor (Randall); her grandsons, Wesley Sydnor (Natasha) and Jason Sydnor (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Saxon, Luke, Tyler and Andrew; and her brother Eugene Collins. She is also survived by 6 nieces and 4 nephews.
