She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Haines and Ivy Haines; her husband William Harold Webb; and her siblings, Violet, Sonny, Billy, Ray, Tootsie, Sue, Donnie and Mary Jo.

She is survived by : her sons, Ken Cox (Janet) and Scott Cox (Melanie); her stepchildren, William Harold Webb, Jr., Sharon Wisby and Thomas Webb; her sisters, Jackie Purvis, Bonnie Baker and Jettie Haines; her grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan and Jordan Cox; and her great grandchildren, Rileigh, Nolan, Reese and Liam Cox. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
