He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Faulkner; his daughters, Melissa Hammer and Paula Hall; his grandsons, Tyler Hoskins, Tristen Hall and Josh North; and his sisters, Shirley Clark and Donna Koetting. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
