He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Betty Buckner and Walter Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Wade and Carol Lee Johnson (Buckner); his brother Seth Allen Johnson (Renay) of Albuquerque; and his grandmother Emma Holt Johnson of Kuttawa.
