He is survived by: his wife Priscilla McKee; his children, Kristin Dye (Jonathan) of Metropolis, Savannah Mason (Jacob) of Brewers, Kentucky, Rick McKee (Michele) of Newburgh and Ronnie McKee of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his brother William McKee of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Aaron McKee of Evansville, Indiana, Ruby Dye of Metropolis, Illinois., Lainey Dye of Metropolis, Illinois. and Sparrow Dye of Metropolis, Illinois..

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pond Run Baptist Church (167 Burden Ln, Beaver Dam, KY 42320).
