She is survived by: her husband Wayne Peck of Calvert City; her children, Chad Peck (Diana) of Evansville, Indiana and Laurie Womack (Richard) of Jenks, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Whitney Peck of Fredonia, Elizabeth Streveler (Doug) of Glenpool, Emily Hubler (Daniel) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Lily Streveler, Kate Streveler and Hudson Hubler; and her caregiver Kim Champion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
